We perform site surveys, evaluate available spaces, access routes, and existing electrical and thermal infrastructure, define product specifications (basis weight range, target output, type of fibers available), and estimate energy requirements. This allows us to design a tailor-made project from the very foundations.
We work with you to estimate total investment costs (CapEx), operating costs (OpEx), and expected ROI. Simulation models are provided, including cost per ton, comparisons of alternative configurations, and energy consumption forecasts.
Before starting detailed engineering—which is fully developed in 3D—we define the layout together, always focusing on optimal space utilization: minimizing civil works, reducing piping and power cable runs, and ensuring maximum accessibility.

During execution, we handle all aspects directly: from component manufacturing and pre-assembly, to transport, to mechanical, electrical, and aerothermal installation. Start-up includes operator training, continuous supervision, fine-tuning, and performance analysis of the first days of production.
All tissue machines and rewinders are fully pre-assembled in our workshop, complete with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machine-side systems. This process is essential to plant health, avoiding surprises during site erection and making installation as smooth and fast as possible.
