As an auxiliary system for the Yankee Dryer, the EilReplus Steam and Condensate System is optimized to operate in combination with all types of Yankee cylinders, enabling them to achieve maximum drying capacity. The system ensures efficient condensate removal, resulting in an excellent and uniform sheet drying profile.
The design of the entire steam production system is developed in-house by EilReplus, allowing us to offer integrated, reliable solutions perfectly aligned with current regulations and the customer’s operational needs. Proper sizing of the steam and condensate system significantly improves Yankee operating conditions across a wide range of pressures. It allows the dryer to reach peak performance while minimizing energy consumption through the efficient reuse of blow-through steam and condensate from the cylinder. This contributes substantially to mill cost reduction by ensuring steam-efficient operation.
The steam and condensate system is designed to reduce specific steam consumption, enhance process control, optimize machine drying capacity, and provide greater operational flexibility. These features support improved paper quality and higher overall machine efficiency.
